The Building
Set in a pedestrian area in the historic center of Bologna, Falegnami Suites stands just 550 meters from Piazza Maggiore, Bologna’s main square.
All the Apartments are equipped with A/C, free high speed Wi-Fi, wood-beamed ceilings and inlaid parquet floors. Each apartment comes with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, a bathroom with hairdryer, a washing machine and a courtesy set. Some apartments have a balcony or terrace.
Easily accessible from either the central train station, reachable in 10 minutes on foot, or from Guglielmo Marconi Airport in 25 minutes by taxi or people mover, Falegnami Suites is located in the historic center of Bologna, less than 800 meters from all the city's attractions. The location is optimal as the structure is situated in a quiet street but at the same time in the beating heart of Bologna.

The building is located in Via De 'Falegnami 16, a street perpendicular to Via Indipendenza, in correspondence of Via Augusto Righi, where the historic university district begins. On the ground floor of Falegnami Suites there is also an excellent renowned bakery where our guests can enjoy breakfast.
The building was built in the early XIX century and represent a typical family home of the Bologna of that time. Today the building consists of 7 completely renovated apartments with lift.
